Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your new artwork, but if something isn’t quite as you expected, you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact me by email and request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, unused and in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, please email contact.flossygifts@gmail.com. Once your return has been agreed, I’ll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without contacting me first cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item and arranging return delivery using a tracked service similar to the one originally used.
Once the artwork has been safely returned, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged Items
All artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the original packaging materials. This information is needed so that a claim can be made with the postal carrier.
In some cases, you may be asked to return the damaged item at your own cost. If this is required, your return postage costs will be refunded along with the original purchase price once the item has been received and inspected.
